1: Every owner must keep lineups up 2: Every owner must not have IL players or free agents in the lineup unless you know the will be activated that day. 3: Every owner must check in 2 to 3 times a week to set lineups answer PMs trades etc. 4: If owners do not follow rule they will be replaced. First time will be a warning, 2nd time will be another warning 3rd time will be replaced.
I know people work and have children but it is not hard to get on for 5 to 10 minutes 2 to 3 times a week. I have 4 grandkids 2 dogs and 2 cats plus a wife (almost 46 years now) and I still find time to get on.

I agree with most of this (in an ideal world) but not so far as to replace owners, that's a little extreme for me

The only thing I can add to this is that last year we had 4 owners who were not on very often, didn’t set there lineups and basically never responded to anyone’s messages or requests. I think that really sets a bad example for the league we are trying to have here. I mean, I may not always get back to someone right away but I do answer them when I have an open minute or two. Some people used last year to tank for a better pick or what not and really never answered any trade offers.
