Teams will post here whether they accept or decline their option to offer a contract (0.5M in 2018, 1M in 2019, ARB eligible after) for all players that exceeded the prospect threshold in 2017. Reminder: The so called "prospect threshold" is either 130 ABs or 50 IPs at the MLB Level in 2017.
