2020 Arbitration Decisions

Below is a Team By Team Breakdown of all Arbitration eligible players.

Each team has the following options when dealing with these Arbitration eligible players:

1) Accept Arbitration and take the players real life 2020 salary. If this salary is not yet agreed to at the deadline for posting arbitration decisions for this league at a to be determined date, then the contract for this league will remain pending until such contract is agreed to. A best estimate for arbitration salaries is to use mlbtraderumors.com, who do a projection ever year.

2) Accept Arbitration and use one of the three available extensions to extend the player under the Extension rules based on our league specific player rater rankings. Helpful reminder that if the player is entering their final arbitration year, if they are not extended prior to Opening Day, they will be a free agent at the end of the year. Players entering their final arbitration year must be extended prior to opening day or 2020 will be the last year you'll have control on the player.

3) Decline Arbitration. No Cap Hit. Player enters free agency pool.

I'm still deciding extensions, so I'll be keeping the others, but not sure if they are getting extensions as yet. Probably those are the three guys as I can extend most of them next year. But, I have Eduardo Escobar to think about. Wouldn't it make sense to extend him on a cheap contract? I should have given him 4 years. !@#@#$@#!
