2020 Extensions - Team by Team Breakdown

Just a reminder as we head into the meat of our 2019/20 off-season.

If players are entering the final year of their contracts, they must be signed to an extension prior to Opening Day or else they will be a free agent upon the end of 2020. Players entering their final year cannot be extended mid-season. Only players signed beyond 2020 can be extended mid-season.

Here's a team by team review of players in this situation as well as some notes on players in this situation that cannot be extended for other reasons, which I have noted with a comment next to their names.
