1: you have 24 hrs to make your pick
2: If you miss your pick after 24 hrs you can pick anytime after 24 hrs
3: If you missed your 2nd pick you can pick anytime after but you will only have 12hrs for you next pick (pick 3)
4: Pick 4 & 5 everyone will have 12 hrs for a pick
