Sorry for the stupid new guy question.
How do I post to move some of my guys to the IL to free up space?

Not to worry!! You can just move the IL guys to IL on espn and then you can nominate free agents on here or call up prospects on the Minor League Transactions tab… If you need to release guys to re-activate IL guys just post it on Player Releases tab, and whatever the released player’s contract is, you take 50% cap hit
i.e. if you need an OF for the week, you can nominate one on free agency, and for example you win a guy for 1yr 100k, you can add him to your bench. if you want/need to release him after, just post on releases page and you would take a cap hit of 50k for the release

On espn you will see a IL tab, 3 tabs manage IL, add a player, drop a player……use the manage IL to add a player to the IL or activate a player
