Trades are first posted under the thread "Trades". The teams in the trade must all post that they approve of the deal.
Once all teams have approved, the rest of the league votes on whether the trade is acceptable or not. There must be a difference of 5 yes/no votes to ratify or veto the trade. Once enough votes are received, the trade goes through on ESPN and the master roster is updated.
