For (yes) or against (no) the proposed rule change:
Proposed rule change = RFA rights cannot be traded in the offseason. In that case, RFAs can only be players on the team's roster at the end of the season.
8-8 split last time we voted on this proposed change, so we'll re-vote and see if that result has changed.
